As Macro, we sit inside Unifyr every day, running partner programs for our clients across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. So when Unifyr's product team walked us through Unifyr IQ, the AI layer now running across the Unifyr platform, we weren't watching as outsiders. We were evaluating it the way we evaluate every piece of our clients' tech stack: what does this actually change for the partner programs we run?
Our take, after the deep dive: this is real functionality, built natively into the platform, not bolted on, and it's exactly the kind of capability our concierge team is built to turn into results.
Here's what it actually does, and how we're already thinking about it for our clients.
Why "Zero-Click" Is the Direction of Travel
For years, PRM meant workflows and rule-based engines: if X happens, do Y. Useful, but static. Unifyr's own framing is that the next phase is a "zero-click" experience, where AI observes partner and program activity and acts on a team's behalf, instead of waiting for someone to log in and push a button.
We see the goal the same way we see our own job: freeing up channel teams, often lean ones, to spend time on the work that actually needs a human, by automating everything that doesn't. That's the whole premise behind Macro's concierge model, and it's why we pay close attention when a platform we run for clients builds more of that automation directly in.
The Capabilities, Practically Speaking
Unifyr IQ isn't one feature. It's a layer wrapped around every part of the platform: onboarding, content, deals, campaigns, reporting, and admin, with each area getting its own purpose-built AI function. Here's how we'd break it down for a client asking "what do I actually get":
- Onboarding IQ replaces the static onboarding checklist with a dynamic, non-linear journey. Suppliers can bundle tasks by partner type or region, and the system adjusts what a partner sees next based on what they've actually done, instead of forcing everyone down the same path regardless of where they are in the relationship.

Ask IQ puts a conversational layer over partner content and platform data. A partner rep prepping for a call can ask for a summary of an asset or talking points for a specific product, in natural language, instead of digging through a portal search bar. The same conversational approach extends to the vendor side for pulling metrics without needing a technical or analytics background.

Campaign IQ analyzes partner performance and campaign history to recommend which campaigns a given partner is best positioned to run. Each recommended campaign can be personalized for the partner's own business, with their logo and branding applied automatically. That covers the broad, one-to-many side of through-partner marketing automation.
- Deal IQ surfaces risk signals and insights on registered deals, drawing on historical patterns across a partner's deal history and, eventually, across the full partner base for a vendor.
- Social IQ for turning content you've already created into ready-to-share social posts, complete with AI-generated visuals and an approval step before anything goes live. If your team is manually drafting partner-facing social content today, this is the fastest way to hand that off without losing brand control.
- Distribution IQ (Coming soon) replaces rule-based lead routing with a matching engine. Instead of matching a lead field to a partner field and hoping the rules hold, it scores eligible partners against what a supplier actually cares about, explains why it picked one, and learns from what happens next, so a partner who converts leads from a region is treated differently from one who rejects them.
- Program IQ (Coming soon) functions as a coaching layer: ask it to analyse your program, and it identifies gaps against channel program best practice, then proposes prioritised actions.

- Agent Connect is Unifyr's MCP connector. It lets Unifyr users work with partner program data from their own AI client (Claude, and further clients as they are certified) in plain language, instead of clicking through admin screens.

Unifyr has also built in something a lot of AI tools skip: cost visibility. The admin Credit Usage dashboard shows consumption broken down by AI feature and by partner, with monthly trends, so a channel team can see where AI effort is actually going. As the team that has to report on program health to our clients' stakeholders, we appreciate that this exists.
How It's Priced
Unifyr's AI capabilities are included in the subscription through a monthly credit allocation rather than sold as a separate product. Credits are consumed per action, with each AI action carrying a fixed cost regardless of the processing behind it, and consumption is visible in the admin Credit Usage dashboard, broken down by feature and by partner.
The Bigger Shift
The most interesting signal isn't any single feature. It's the direction. Unifyr is building toward a world where partners and suppliers interact with the platform conversationally rather than by logging into portals and admin panels, and where Unifyr eventually talks to the other systems in a vendor's stack (CRM, ERP, billing) rather than sitting next to them.
That's a meaningful shift for any team running a partner program at scale, and it's exactly the kind of capability that needs an experienced hand to configure, roll out, and translate into results partners actually feel. As Unifyr's longtime concierge partner, this is where we come in: turning what's technically possible in the platform into what's operationally real for your partner base. It's a big part of why we believe Macro is the best concierge agency to run a modern, AI-enabled Unifyr program. We're not learning these tools alongside you; we're already building with them.
