Play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of channel partner relationships. Work closely with channel partners to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and successful execution of the channel marketing program.

Job Summary

The Partner Marketing / Channel Partner Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of channel partner relationships within an organization. This role involves working closely with channel partners to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and successful execution of the channel partner program. The Coordinator will assist in onboarding new partners, tracking performance, and managing program-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tradeshows:

  • Using a playbook developed in-house, work with our OEM and reseller partners to deliver Education presence at 25 tradeshow booths. This involves regular planning calls with the partners, approval of resources and assets and managing through to proof of execution/lead list, etc.
  • Provide events guidance to tier 2 partners on marketing best practices (based on events playbook), ensure brand consistency, ensure activities proposed are appropriate and lead/revenue driving
  • Reporting on tradeshow performance and ROI

Partner Communications:

  • Development of 1:1 partner comms on upcoming timelines or events
  • Development of partner feedback surveys to collate insights
  • Development of internal comms to provide insight and updates on partner marketing

Marketing Development Funds Management:

  • MDF campaigns reviewed and approved for ~40 reseller partners
  • Mid-quarter check-ins are executed with partners to provide feedback and register progress
  • End-of-campaign reporting (both for individual partners and for the region in the form of a quarterly
    business review)

Reporting:

  • Monthly report featuring partner marketing highlights, performance snapshot and marketing insights
  • Quarterly Business Review featuring an exec-level summary of performance for the preceding 3 months

Markets:

  • English-speaking partners across EMEA (UK, Benelux, Nordics, CEE)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess partner performance and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in channel partner program management or coordination.
